General Profile of the Role: The Director of Student Ministries will be responsible for ministries for all student from Middle School through Hight School while simultaneously equipping parents to be the primary faith influence in their student's lives. The successful candidate must have a growing relationsihp with Jesus Christ and demonstrable leadership skills with a history of leading growing ministries. Candidates must also be able to plan and organize programming and curriculum, and be able to manage and delegate responsibilities within the student ministry team. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team enviornment with church staff, parents and other congregants. Presence is required on Sunday mornings, Wednesday eveneings, weekly staff meetings, Student Team meetings and special events/retreats. As a part of a dynamic and growing congregation, the candidate must also be able to demonstrate the ability to be adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
