We are seeking a full-time Director of Worship & Communication to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and proven capacity to help lead a church into authentic and transformative worship through contemporary worship music and hymns.
The candidate who will thrive in our environment will have previous success building teams of musicians and vocalists along with technical competence. This person will be overseeing all aspects of our worship services including music, audio/video, and streaming. This is a team position so developing a collaborative relationship with the Leadership Pastor and Teaching Pastor will be paramount.
This job includes the responsibility of congregational communications as well. That means this individual will be responsible for the weekly newsletter and Sunday morning bulletin. Overseeing and developing Trinity's social media presence and website is another aspect of this role. These areas connect synergistically with the work of worship planning.
We anticipate this new minister will play a key role not only in leading our church in the worship of God but also in multiplying disciples of Jesus as we look to expand the reach of the gospel.
