Freedom Church’s Vision

Role Title: Freedom Kids Pastor

Pipeline Level: Director

Reports to: Ministries Pastor

Direct Reports: Freedom Kids Coordinator(s), Freedom Day School Director

Responsibilities:
*Interact with and minister to first time parents and children to ensure that the vision of first time guest care is upheld to the highest standard.
*Demonstrate the Find, Recruit, Equip and Engage method in the Freedom Kids team
*Ensure highest standard and quality of job responsibilities at every leadership level are upheld
*Plan and execute Baby and Child Dedication
*Plan and execute Vacation Bible School
*Maintain the training and execution of all policies and procedures as agreed upon by HR and Ministries Team
*Manage and lead ongoing parent and family engagement through interactions via face to face, verbal and written including the social media accounts specifically related to Freedom Kids.
*Execute and communicate ministry changes and growth to members as they arise
*Ensure protection and promotion of the gospel message in all activities of Freedom Kids
*Support and uphold the vision of Freedom Church in Freedom Kids

Time Investment: Full Time Salaried Position

Prerequisites:
Evidence of a growing relationship with Jesus
Working knowledge of our teaching beliefs and study curriculum resources
A passion for seeing children and their families know and experience the Love of Jesus
