Lead Pastor: RiverCross Fellowship

About RCF:
RiverCross Fellowship has a healthy congregation of around 75 attendees (pre-COVID) of mixed ages that God has placed in New Castle, Delaware.
RCF exists to help people know and follow Jesus. Our Core Values are: 1) We do life by the Bible; 2) We do life together, and 3) Growth is not optional.
The church is just over 9 years old and well organized (501c3, constitution, by-laws, RCKids Ministry, Life Group ministries, Worship Team, modern facilities, good sound equipment, website and streaming in place).
The current pastor, is planing on retiring in the fall of 2021.

We see the new pastor as leading the way for many years to come. We currently rent our facilities (7,000 sq.ft.); warehouse space that has been renovated to fit our needs. We hope at some point to build or purchase our own building.
Qualifications:
A Person with a heart for God, a desire to preach, and a love for God's people
A minimum of a four-year degree in ministry or related field from an accredited college, seminary or university
Ideally, three or more years of pastoral experience
Successful candidates must complete a background check
Salary: Negotiable based on education and experience
Worship Style: Contemporary
