Do you love to disciple women through difficulties, pointing them to Jesus Christ?



Do you have a passion for empowering and encouraging women to be the best versions of themselves?



Would you love to directly impact the lives of women and their children?



We are currently seeking two single female Assistant Resident Managers.



The Assistant Resident Manager will:




  • Work with Resident Manager on evening and weekend operations while supervising residents




  • Assist residents with schedules, chores and activities




  • Provide transportation for resident appointments/daycare as needed




  • Support and encourage residents in day to day activities as they go through The Opportunity Village Program




 


IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:


Experience requirements:




  • 5 year ministry experience




  • Strong biblical knowledge and active spiritual life




  • Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred




  • 4 Professional references and 3 spiritual reference required
