We are currently seeking two single female Assistant Resident Managers.

The Assistant Resident Manager will:

• 
  

  Work with Resident Manager on evening and weekend operations while supervising residents

  
  


• 
  

  Assist residents with schedules, chores and activities

  
  


• 
  

  Provide transportation for resident appointments/daycare as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support and encourage residents in day to day activities as they go through The Opportunity Village Program

  
  

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

Experience requirements:

• 
  

  5 year ministry experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong biblical knowledge and active spiritual life

  
  


• 
  

  Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

  
  


• 
  

  4 Professional references and 3 spiritual reference required
