Tech Director


To maintain a 95% effectiveness rate in executing service production events


OUTCOMES


1. Produce high quality Live/Livestream/Pre-Recorded Services and events


  • Setup & execute all technical/media needs for live services

  • Livestream/record Sunday services and other live events (worship nights, all-church Zoom calls, staff meetings and more)

  • Supervise use, storage, transport and setup of lighting, video & communications systems (all tech equipment/software)

  • Troubleshoot tech issues related to production and make recommendations for improvements

  • Advise church leadership on technical specifications, costs and usage of tech equipment required for services & ministry use, supervising the implementation of approved technical designs

  • Supervise set and stage construction

  • Partner with sound engineer as it applies to overall production


2. Direct Production Team



  • Recruit, train and direct production volunteers assisting with live productions

  • Schedule production volunteers via planning center online

  • Develop standard operating procedures for volunteers, the details of which, to be outlined in a document (to develop within the first 6 months)



3. Build overall team culture of self-propagation that recruits, fellowships, disciples, and cares for the spiritual lives of each team member by end of year 1
