Job Skills Required
Computer Skills
Must know how to type!!! Must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ability to learn new computer applications is a must. The assistant will use various computer programs and internet applications to process orders. Candidate must be able to fill orders online, over the phone, by mail, and record the orders electronically using the appropriate software. Would be ideal if the assistant has a creative eye for helping us create social media graphics.
Communication Skills
The administrative assistant should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate with pastors via telephone and email. Must have a good phone presence and be able to project excellence for Revival Fires International. Candidate must have ability to decipher important information and relay to the proper recipients.
Organizational Skills
The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and handle multiple tasks at once. Coordinating volunteers for special ministry projects and coordinating mailing projects will be an important part of the job. The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to use effective time management.
In addition to the above skills, the applicant will be required to have a reliable source of transportation. The ideal candidate should have administrative and office experience, a strong work ethic, be confident, be highly motivated, and very organized. Most importantly, have a heart for ministry. Applicant, if hired, will be fully trained.
