Based in the U.S., The White Rainbow Project is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Humanitarian Organization empowering the women of India with a focus on deconstructing the stigma of widowhood by teaching sustainable skills.
WE ARE DEDICATED TO:
- Empowering widows and at-risk women in India by sharing love, hope, and job skills.
- Building a product line: The White Rainbow Collection product line as an avenue to sell handmade, fair-trade goods created by women who are in need.
- Challenging stigmas to eliminate cultural and economic oppression.
The White Rainbow Project’s Advocate Program is an integral part of its US operations. The Advocate team is made up of passionate individuals from across the country dedicated to the mission of The White Rainbow Project and who also want an opportunity to earn an extra income for their families. These individuals come from all walks of life to work as representatives of The White Rainbow Project in their states and communities spreading the message and purpose of The White Rainbow Project.
We are looking for more individuals who believe in the work of The White Rainbow Project, who are passionate about helping to further our cause, and who are willing to commit their time and talents to helping us achieve our goals with an opportunity to also earn supplemental income by selling the unique products made by women in our program.
The White Rainbow Project’s Advocates are active participants, acting as representatives of WRP. Advocates commit to spending time fundraising for The White Rainbow Project in varying capacities throughout each year while having an opportunity to earn supplemental income for themselves. Advocates have booths at local events, host fundraisers, speak at churches, bible studies, community meetings, gather supplies, and keep an active presence on social media (personal blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) for The White Rainbow Project. They have monthly goals to attain, meetings to attend, and communication within the organization to maintain. Advocates who maintain active status within the program can earn a supplemental income and also have the opportunity to attend the annual Advocate Trip to India, an exclusive trip for Advocates only, as well as the yearly Advocate Retreat.
WRP Advocate Program Goals and Compensation Levels
Immediate Goal- Enroll 4 Regional Advocates
Each Hosting 4 “Tent Pole Events”, Gathering 50 Monthly Sponsors, Raising min of $10,000 through donations and product sales, seeking additional Advocates for their regions and eventually securing Advocates for every state.
Regional Advocates should host at least 3 “Events” a Year Events can be as small or large as the Advocate feel able to host
Spring- Tea and Fashion Show showcasing WRP product
Summer-International Widow’s Day-June 23rd Walk for Widows Fall/Winter Christmas Bazaar
Compensation Levels
20% Commission on all WRP products sold after Advocate signs up and maintains 5 $25 monthly sponsors or ( $125 a month)
25% Commission with 10 monthly sponsors or ($250 a month) 30% Commission with 20 monthly sponsors or ( $500 a month) 35% Commission with 30 monthly sponsors or ( $750 a month)
40% Commission with 40 monthly sponsors or ($1,000 a month) 45% Commission with 50 monthly sponsors or ($1,250 a month) 50% Commission with 60 monthly sponsors or ($1,500 a month)
Incentives for Sales and Monthly Sponsors
All of Advocates purchasers receive 20% off if they purchase using Advocates Discount Code and Advocate gets their commission split based on their Sponsor Level
All Monthly Sponsors receive Free Products based on Sponsorship Level
Level 1 $25 a month recurring donation $100 worth of product Level 2 $50 a month recurring donation $200 worth of product Level 3 $100 a month recurring donation $300 worth of product
Monthly Sponsors receive a special code and can redeem their product anytime during the year. Each year that they stay with the program they receive another gift credit of product.
Advocates are encouraged to stay in contact with their monthly sponsors to keep them engaged in the program. We provide product, media and coaching
