Los Altos United Methodist Church (www.laumc.org) is seeking a full-time Youth Ministry Director. Set in the heart of Silicon Valley, LAUMC is a 2400 member reconciling church committed to connection, compassion, and courage that all may flourish.

The Youth Ministry Director is responsible for giving leadership to all facets of youth ministry at LAUMC, with a particular focus on creating an innovative youth ministry model that empowers youth to be passion-driven social entrepreneurs more than consumers of ministry programs. This role prioritizes creating transformative relationships, innovation experiences, and mentor-powered discipleship programs with students and their families, as well as building, equipping, and inspiring volunteer teams.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of youth ministry experience, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Resumes should be sent to [email protected]
