Job Description

Full-time or part-time discipling at-risk young adults who come from poverty, through processes of training and mentoring life and job skills in the building trades. 

As a project leader, this individual will plan and perform work to build or rebuild inner city residences in Columbus, Ohio, while training young at-risk adults (17-25 years of age), preparing them to launch careers in the building trades.  Discipling, building personal relationships and helping young adults to understand God's perspective of man's origin, purpose, and destiny are all parts of the work.

Successful candidates are Christians who enjoy evangelism, have a background in construction with skills in some disciplines such as carpentry or individual mechanicals, plus have some project management experience. Previous work with inner-city youth would be very helpful.
