Job Description

The Church is New Beginnings Fellowship of Rio Linda. The strength of the church comes from the members willingness to serve. The challenge is that it is a very small church with the majority of the members over 60. We are growing a strong youth group, but need more outreach to the community to bring in the adults and families. Full time salary right now would be about $1000 per week Part time or an interim pastor can negotiate depending on the hours they want to work. We are a small church with about 29 members and a few that are not members. As the church grows the salary would also go up. We are not very up to date tech wise and currently only have a Facebook page.

We are looking for a pastor that can effectively convey God’s word to children, young adults, married couples, and seniors. They should have Biblical and theological insights and teaching knowledge, along with preaching skills to declare the gospel of Jesus Christ through the Word of God in a practical and effective way connecting life’s experiences and Biblical truths. We need someone to help the church grow through outreach.
