A well-established Disciples of Christ church committed to inspiring ordinary people to live extraordinary lives for Christ is seeking a full-time Youth/Assoc Minister. First Christian Church, a 550-member congregation located in Great Bend, KS, is committed to cultivating kids and is seeking a leader who can implement a ministry to youth and provide pastoral leadership to the congregation. This person, who should have at least 3 years of experience and a college degree, will be responsible for ministry to 6th-12th graders and their families, for recruiting and training volunteers, and for pastoral care and worship leadership to the larger congregation.
