Located in the lovely town of Mequon, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee, Crossroads Presbyterian Church (https://www.crossroadspres.org/) is a well-established, forward-thinking PCUSA congregation. Inspired by God’s abundant grace, Crossroads welcomes, loves, and offers all a safe place to experience authentic connection. The church is seeking a full-time Director of Children and Family Ministry that will provide dynamic leadership to all programs for children birth through fifth grade and collaborate with ministry teams to provide faith formation opportunities for families. Crossroads is looking for a candidate who:

• Has a deep, vibrant faith and grounding in the Christian faith and reformed theology


• Has proven leadership and management skills including the recruitment of volunteer staff, communication and organizational skills


• Has the ability to create an environment that facilitates children’s growth in faith


• Has the ability to collaborate with relevant ministry teams to provide faith formation opportunities for families

Qualifications for this position include strong relational, communication, and organizational skills and an excitement for presenting Christ to children and their families. Interested candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field, or Christian Educator Certification. Candidates should also have a minimum of three years in leading a children’s ministry in a large church setting.
