Job Description

CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the CCO, not the schools at which they serve. In partnership with Pathway Church this position reaches out to students at Robert Morris University.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.

2. Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.

3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.

CCO in partnership with Pathway church are looking to expand the campus ministry staff team at Robert Morris University. You will join a team of CCO staff to lead outreach and discipleship on campus. You will also lead musical worship at Pathway Church Moon Township campus and integrate students into the life of the church. Worship leading skills a must.

Robert Morris is a thriving private university in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. It boasts a beautiful 230 acre campus and is home to 4,000 undergraduate students. Pathway Church is just an 11 minute drive from campus. Join the CCO's long legacy of serving students at Robert Morris University!

Catalyze Kingdom transformation on campus at Robert Morris University by sharing the Gospel, inviting students into the life of Pathway Church, and mobilizing the congregation to engage ministry on campus. You will develop deep collaboration between church members and students that promotes strong biblical discipleship, life long commitment to the Church, and the flourishing of Christ’s kingdom in all areas of life. Must be fully committed to CCO and Pathway Church mission, vision, and values.
