Los Altos United Methodist Church, www.laumc.org, a 2400 member affirming church set in the heart of Silicon Valley, is seeking an innovative youth ministry director with a passion for empowering students, 6th through 12th grade, to explore their faith, inspiring and disciplining them to live on mission for Christ. This full-time role prioritizes creating transformative fellowship, worship, and mission experiences for students and their families, as well as building, equipping and inspiring volunteer teams.

Currently, the church is involved in an innovative change-making initiative in which we’re exploring out-of-the-box solutions for reaching our Silicon Valley neighbors. If you have a bachelor’s degree in a ministry-related field and at least three years of ministry experience, along with energy and passion for leading change, please consider applying.
