Rethink Creative is a brand strategy and design studio for the mission-minded. We help change-making organizations tell their stories and build their influence. Our core services include Strategy, Branding, Web Design and Video. Some of our clients include: United World Mission, One Hope, OM USA, Liquid Church, SIM USA & others.�

DESCRIPTION

Rethink Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of proven experience working with clients in the non-profit, church and ministry world. We are a boutique brand strategy and design studio that works on projects for mission-minded organizations. Our core services include Strategy, Branding, Web Design and Video. Many of our clients are Christ-centered missions organizations and churches. Our projects require strict attention to detail, careful adherence to strategy and brand standards, and a resilient commitment to finding fresh, creative solutions.

YOU WILL:

- Work with the Creative Director to develop unique brand identitieS
- Design a variety of clear and compelling communication tools (brochures, banners, postcards, etc.)
- Lead the creation of unified identity systems that are well-defined through brand guidelines and expressed across key touchpoints (print, digital, environmental, experiential)
- Present work to clients, and do so with a strong point of view and openness to constructive criticism
- Take ownership of building thoughtful, creative presentations of design work
- Meet objectives in the creative brief (strategy, scope) and design according to brand style guides
- Commit to understanding our clients and their audience(s)�both functional and emotional needs
- Travel on occasion for client meetings, workshops, company retreats, celebrations and conferences


GOT SKILLS? WE�D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

- Are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and highly proficient in: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Have a minimum of 4 years creative agency or firm experience in identity and/or graphic design
- Hold a Bachelor�s degree in design (or related program) and/or have formal design training
- Possess strong identity design skills from concept to rollout (logo, color, typography, application, etc.)
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of typographic layout, grid systems and visual hierarchy
- Exemplify a strong understanding of print methodologies and production standards
- Have experience managing websites and implementing web graphics (WordPress experience a plus)
- Maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and can build out usable templates for clients in these programs
- Display robust conceptual thinking and can strongly communicate and defend creative concepts both in oral and written form
- Have strong organization and time management skills with clear attention to detail
