Under the direct supervision of the Next Gen Pastor, provide leadership and direction for the comprehensive development and sustainment of a vibrant and growing High School Student Ministry at Meadowbrook Church in Ocala, FL. Meadowbrook is a thriving ARC church of 4,000 in weekly attendance.�

• Regularly scheduled and well-organized special events


• Ministry fully staffed with nurtured and cared for SEU student and dream team members


• Good management of required resources and consumable supplies


• Active participation in area High Schools


• Safe physical, emotional, and spiritual environment


• Impactful participation in and support of Meadowbrook Academy Chapel services


• Fully completed and timely accident reports


• No year when expenses exceed budget
