CHURCH PASTOR

Responsibilities:

- Lead inspiring and meaningful worship services that uplift and inspire, blending reverence for tradition with a spirit of joy and celebration.

- Facilitate engaging and enriching Bible study and Sunday school classes, equipping our members to deepen their understanding of Scripture and apply it to their lives.

- Provide compassionate pastoral care and support to our members, visit the sick and shut-in, and offer comfort, prayer, and practical assistance in times of need.

- Serve as a loving shepherd to our congregation, guiding them on their spiritual journey and nurturing a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications:

- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep commitment to living out the Gospel daily.

- At least three years of leadership experience in pastoral ministry, with a proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and community engagement.

- Strong biblical knowledge and theological understanding, rooted in Scripture and enriched by the wisdom of the Christian tradition.

- Valid ordination credentials from a recognized Baptist Christian denomination, along with a passion for teaching and sharing God's word.

- A heart for service and a desire to embody Christ's love in practical ways, reaching out to those in need and working for justice and reconciliation in our community.
