• Ability to be flexible and work well with staff, volunteers, and members 


• Passionate about raising up the younger generation in their walk with Jesus  and functioning in the fullness of the Holy Spirit inside them 

Preferences: 

• Administrative Background 


• Musical Ability

Responsibilities:

Youth Ministry: (2/3 Time Focus) 

Administration:

• Help plan, prepare and execute youth group on Wednesdays and  

potentially partial services on certain Sundays 

• Coordinate logistics and information with the Pastor, Volunteers,  

Parents and outside partners/organizations 

• Help plan and execute special events 

Ministry Responsibilities: 

• Youth Services 

○ Preach and coordinate guest preachers on Wednesday night  

services 

○ Facilitate Small Group Bible Study/Discussion during partial youth  

program on certain Sundays of the month in tandem with the  

regular service

• Youth Worship 

○ Coordinate and prep the youth involved in leading worship two  

to four Wednesdays a month 

○ Quarterly- Help our worship pastor prepare Youth to lead worship  

during Sunday services

• Discipleship 

      ○ Connecting with Youth boys outside of Wednesday Nights 

■ Either at the church or public spaces 

■ Budget for coffee/icecream/etc 

     ○ Coordinating other volunteers discipling young adults

Personal Development:  

• Weekly Discipleship and development with the Senior Pastor  


• Development of pastoral giftings 

Young Adult: (1/3 Time Focus) 

Ministry Responsibilities: 

• Lead and Coordinate our Thursday Night Young Adults Home Group 


• Discipleship 

         ○ Connecting with young adult’s outside of Thursday nights 

   ■ Budget Included 

     ○ Communicating with young adult’s  disciplining other young  adults

Administration:

• Help prepare program and materials for Young Adult House Church  


• Coordinate with Pastor, Volunteers and participants 


• Help plan and execute special events 

Personal Development: 

• Weekly Discipleship and development with Senior Pastor  


• Development of pastoral giftings
