Responsibility


This individual will be responsible to oversee and implement audio, video, lighting, staging, and live-stream requirements of the Crossing, serving as an essential part of the worship ministry team, to ensure a professionally executed A/V experience for weekend worship and special events.


Duties



  • Oversee and implement audio, video, lighting and staging requirements for all services and special events.

  • Manage live streaming of Sunday services and special events

  • Provide audiovisual setup and execution at all church events including:

    • Weekend Services (Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning)

    • One weekday evening worship band practice

    • Conferences (e.g., week of praise each July and quarterly 3-day conferences)

    • Special services (Christmas Eve, Easter, Weddings, Funerals, Prayer Meetings, etc.)



  • Responsible for stage, sound, lighting, setup and production, including audio/video recording

  • Recruit, train, and schedule A/V volunteers

  • Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Pastor of Worship on video and sound requirements for services


Skills



  • Excellent audio technical skills including hardware & software

    • Allen & Heath GLD 113 mixer

    • Cognito Pro 513 lighting controller

    • EasyWorship

    • ProPresenter



  • Live streaming experience to implement and direct best-practices

  • A/V equipment testing & maintenance

  • Sound system and stage setup and mix

  • Stage lighting setup and production

  • Ability to attract and train volunteers

  • Servant-heart, team-oriented believer, walking in a lifestyle of love and obedience to Christ


Hours



  • Full time: 30-40 hours/week
