Primary Duties:

• Work with Students Director and Worship Director to plan, implement, and debrief Wednesday night and Sunday morning Student worship services.


• Oversee the growth of the student worship teams.


• Recruit student musicians and vocalists for the student worship teams.


• Plan and schedule Wednesday night and Sunday morning worship sets and communicate with volunteer teams.


• Lead worship practices and services on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.


• Establish effective coaching plans for student worship volunteers, to develop in their volunteer role.


• Contribute to the social life / community of church.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Effective communicator.


• Proficient in Microsoft Products.

• 2+ years of worship Leading Experience.


• Instrument coaching experience.


• Vocal coaching experience.


• Ability to organize, update and execute the volunteer database.
  
  
  
  • Planning Center Online (1 year of experience preferred)
  
  
  
  


• Ability to lift 50 pounds.


• Leadership experience, including recruiting, supervising, and scheduling volunteers.


• Must live within driving distance of the Tri-Cities, Washington (this is not a remote position).

Time Requirements

• Wednesdays: 4:00PM – 8:00 PM


• Thursdays: 4:00PM – 8:00 PM


• Sundays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
