Job Summary

Job Description

Meet Waterline Church

Waterline Church was launched in 2011 by Pastors John and Danielle Freed, in just 9 years Waterline has developed into a fun, young-family-targeted, multi-generational, multiplying church in central Indiana. Waterline has steadily grown in more areas than just attendance. Waterline is known for a strong emphasis on discipleship that raises up new leaders, sending people out on a mission to launch life-giving churches, help people far from God take next steps in their spiritual journey and have a ton of fun doing it! In 2019, Waterline Church was named one of the Top 100 Reproducing Churches In America, by Outreach Magazine. Today, Waterline is launching unique life-giving churches with a goal of impacting over 30 communities in central Indiana. Now, more than ever, Waterline is positioned to take their boldest step yet, and we are looking for a strong and courageous teammate to join us!

We really love our communities and we think our next teammate should too! Waterline is situated in two very unique communities. First, we are in Hamilton County, just 15 miles north of downtown Indianapolis. The city of Fishers is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the United States and was voted best and safest places to live in America, every year since in 2014 by groups like Money Magazine, SafeWise, and HomeAdvisor. We have learned that our neighbors here love their family, desire to be connected with friends, strive for excellence in all they do and deeply desire to be happy.

Just eleven miles north on I-69, you will be in historic and beautiful, Pendleton, IN in south Madison County. Pendleton fuses small-town charm and bold modern thinking in a way that feels completely natural. This town isnt just another dot on the map, its someplace special. The scenic beauty of Pendleton is stunning, but its the people that capture our heart. The friendly folks of Pendleton love their family, take pride in hard work and strive to give their children a safe, strong place to call home. Pendleton has welcomed Waterline with open arms and has embraced our vision. Since this campus launched in February 2019, Waterline has baptized 17 people and have seen many more give their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Our love for these communities and central Indiana runs deep. This is a position for a candidate whos called to Love God and Love Others; committed to bringing life to every neighbor and neighborhood in central Indiana until God is first in every heart and every home.
